Week 5 in Digitalization Class
On 17th April 2024, in Digitalization class, I learned that there are 2 types of services that any establishments may provide which are "efficiency" and "effectiveness". The difference between these 2 services is that efficiency service focus on quantity while effectiveness service focus on quality product. For instance, fast food restaurants undergo efficiency services to provide fast serving meals while fine dining restaurants prioritize on effectiveness service to provide better quality meals. Moreover, I had learnt that Google provides free training and understanding lessons for users to know more about digitalization during the class. Not only that, my lecturer also requested us to use Google Calendar to jot down those activities and assessment that we needed to complete on time so that we will have a clearer vision on the homeworks given. In addition, with the usage of Google Calendar our lecturer may also has the access to our timetable so that he is able to guide us on the right track at all times to prevent our project from overdue. It was such a lovely and interesting class today in Dr. Fareed lesson and I hope that the next class will be as lively as todays.
